Fg8 Terms and Conditions — please read all terms carefully before using the platform

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the fg8 platform and its members. fg8 is an online gaming and betting platform that offers Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, lottery, and a wide range of other gaming experiences to users in Bangladesh.

• Turnover Requirement: Each bonus comes with specific turnover requirements — typically you must wager 10–30 times the bonus amount. Withdrawals from bonus funds will not be permitted until this requirement is met.

• Turnover must be completed before the bonus expires. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the expiry date passes.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on FG8:

• Minimum Bet: ৳20. Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the market and match.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the Early Cash Out feature applies.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, fg8 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• FG8 reserves the right to review and void any bet placed in Live Betting that appears to have been made using late or privileged information.
• If one selection in a parlay bet is voided, that selection will be settled at odds of 1.0.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on FG8. If detected, the account will be permanently banned:

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Opening an account using another person's identity.
• Bonus arbitrage — exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts or identities.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Placing bets automatically using any software or bot.
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities or flaws in the platform.
• Using FG8 for money laundering or any illegal activity.

If suspicious activity is detected, FG8 may suspend the account and launch an investigation without prior notice.

Account closure can happen in two ways:

• Voluntary Closure: If you wish to close your account, please write to support@fg8.live. Your account will be closed once any remaining balance has been withdrawn.
• Cancelled by FG8: If a breach of the terms and conditions is found, fg8 may terminate the account. In such cases, any bonus balance will be forfeited. However, the original deposited funds may be returned under appropriate circumstances.

Self-exclusion allows you to take a temporary break — your account will not be permanently closed.
